Terms of Service
Draft pending review. This page is published for transparency while the wording is still being reviewed, so it can change before launch.
1. What the service does
Vision2React reads a Figma file you point it at, using a Figma access token you supply, and generates React components from it. It then checks the generated components against your design by rendering them and comparing screenshots, publishes a preview you can open, and returns a code bundle plus a fidelity report. Everything in those outputs is produced by automated systems, including AI models.
2. Your account and session
You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for anything done under your account, for keeping your GitHub account secure, and for the Figma token you add. A sign-in session lasts seven days and then you sign in again. You can disconnect your Figma token at any time, and you can revoke the GitHub authorization from your GitHub settings.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- convert designs you do not have the rights to convert, including designs you accessed without permission or files belonging to someone else, and not to use the service to reproduce a third party's interface or brand assets without their permission;
- use a Figma token that is not yours, or use the service to reach Figma files you are not entitled to read;
- try to break out of the build sandboxes, reach other customers' jobs or data, or probe the infrastructure;
- generate or publish unlawful, infringing or malicious content through the previews we host for you;
- work around usage limits, rate limits or fan-out caps, or run the pipeline in a way designed to exhaust shared capacity.
We may suspend a job, a preview or an account that breaks these rules.
4. Your content and your Output
You keep the rights to the designs you submit and to the code, bundles and reports the pipeline produces for you. Ownership, assignment and the limits on what we can promise about generated code are set out in the AI Output Terms, which form part of this agreement. How we store and handle your data is described in the Data Use policy.
5. Access, plans and changes
Vision2React is early access software. Features, model tiers, usage limits and availability can change, and parts of the pipeline can be taken offline for maintenance. If a paid plan applies to your account, the price and limits shown to you at the time of purchase govern that purchase.
6. No warranty
The service and everything it produces are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that fidelity scores will match your own judgement, or that generated code is correct, secure, accessible or production ready. You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before you use it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time, delete individual conversions from their results page, and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts the service or other customers at risk, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your stored artifacts are deleted and the sections of these terms that are meant to survive, including sections 6 and 7, continue to apply.
9. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
