Data Use
Draft pending review. This page is published for transparency while the wording is still being reviewed, so it can change before launch.
We do not train on your work
We do not train, fine-tune or evaluate models on your designs, your Figma data or your generated code. This holds on every tier, free and paid, and it is not something you have to opt out of. Your designs are used to run your conversion and nothing else.
Model providers
Generating and judging components means sending design data, screenshots and code to third-party model providers. Today those are OpenAI and Google Gemini. Those calls are made through their commercial APIs, under API terms that do not permit the provider to train on data submitted through the API. We do not use consumer chat products for any part of the pipeline. If we add or change a provider we will update this page and the subprocessor list.
What a conversion stores
| Artifact | Where | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Section dataLayout JSON read from your Figma file, one row per section | Postgres | Until you delete the conversion or your account |
| Design imagesFrames and assets exported from Figma for the pipeline to read | Cloudflare R2 | Until you delete the conversion or your account |
| Verification screenshotsRenders of the generated code, compared against your design | Cloudflare R2 | Until you delete the conversion or your account |
| Code bundlesThe downloadable archive of generated components | Cloudflare R2 | Until you delete the conversion or your account |
| Static previewsThe built HTML, CSS and JS served at your permanent preview URL | Cloudflare R2 | Until you delete the conversion or your account |
| Fidelity and cost reportsScores, per-section verdicts, timings and token costs | Postgres | Until you delete the conversion or your account |
| Live sandbox previewThe dev server that runs your components right after a build | E2B sandbox | One hour, then the sandbox expires |
| Job status and preview pointersThe progress stream the results page polls | Redis | One hour |
| Figma and GitHub tokensEncrypted at rest, used only for the calls you ask for | Postgres | Until you disconnect them or delete your account |
Deleting a conversion
You can delete a conversion from its results page. That removes the stored section data, the code bundle, the static preview and the reports for that job. Screenshots and images extracted from the Figma file are removed too, unless another account has also converted the same file. Deletion is permanent, so download anything you want to keep first. To have your whole account and its tokens removed, ask us and we will delete them.
Telemetry
We keep de-identified operational telemetry: fidelity scores, stage timings, retry counts, model token counts and costs. It carries no design content, no generated code and no file names, and we use it to find where the pipeline is slow, expensive or wrong. Error reports are sent to Sentry so crashes can be diagnosed.
Your tokens
Your Figma access token is encrypted at rest and used only to read the files you point the pipeline at. Your GitHub token is used to sign you in, and to push code to a repository only when you ask for that push. Neither token is shared with model providers, and you can disconnect either one at any time.
