AI Output Terms

Draft pending review. This page is published for transparency while the wording is still being reviewed, so it can change before launch.

Input and Output

"Input" means what you give the service: the Figma file and the design data read from it, the frames and sections you choose, and anything else you submit. "Output" means what the pipeline produces from your Input: the generated React components, the code bundle, the static preview, the screenshots taken during verification, and the fidelity and cost reports.

You own your Input

Your Input stays yours. We claim no ownership of your designs. We use Input only to run your conversion, as described in the Data Use policy. You confirm that you have the rights to the designs you submit and to have code generated from them.

You own your Output

Output is yours. To the extent we hold or acquire any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the Output generated for you, we assign those rights to you, and we waive any claim to them. You can use, modify, publish, sell and sublicense your Output without attribution to us and without any further permission from us. We retain no licence over your Output beyond what is needed to store it and serve it back to you while your conversion exists.

Output is not unique

Generated code is a mechanical response to a design. Two customers who submit similar designs can receive similar or identical Output, and the same design submitted twice can produce the same code again. Nothing in these terms gives you exclusivity over Output that is not original to your Input, and we can generate comparable Output for other customers. Our assignment above covers the rights we may hold in the Output generated for you, and it is not a promise that nobody else will ever hold equivalent code.

No warranty on Output

We do not warrant that Output is error-free, complete, secure, accessible, performant or non-infringing. A fidelity score is a measurement produced by automated judges, not a guarantee of correctness, and a passing score does not mean the code is ready to ship. Output can contain mistakes, visual drift from your design, insecure patterns or code that resembles existing material. Review, test and audit Output before you use it in production. The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply in full to Output.

Third-party code in Output

Generated components can import and reference open source libraries such as React, Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui components. Those libraries stay under their own licences, which the assignment above does not change, and you are responsible for complying with them in your project.

Disclosure

Output is AI generated and is labelled as such. Generated component files carry a header comment, static previews carry a generator meta tag, exported bundles carry a machine-readable flag, and the results page says so next to the score. Please keep that labelling in place if you redistribute Output in a context where its origin matters.
